Exhibit space at the 2010 EMS Users Conference is available to our Corporate Partners as well as other organizations whose products and services may be of interest to EMS software users. In addition to the exhibit space, we strive to provide our customers and exhibitors with a variety of opportunities to connect during the conference. Exhibitor space is limited - early registration is encouraged!

Conference Attendees

EMS Users Conferences are typically attended by nearly 300 customers from around the U.S. and abroad. Our clients come from a wide range of industries and settings, including higher education, corporations, K-12 education, healthcare, religious organizations, government, convention centers, arenas/performing arts venues and law firms. EMS conference attendees are experts in their fields and have a direct impact on the purchasing decisions made for their facilities.

Conference Dates & Location

Sunday, September 26 through Wednesday, September 29, 2010 at the Westin Tabor Center in downtown Denver, CO. A detailed conference schedule will be available closer to the event.

Exhibitor Registration

$1,500 per tabletop in the conference area foyer (Exhibit Hall) for attendees to visit during and in-between sessions and the opportunity to host one session.

• Tabletop display in the Exhibit Hall during session block times
• Electricity for your display
• Opportunity to hold one presentation for conference attendees during session block times
• Listing in conference program including logo, contact information and 200 word description
• Electronic list of pre-registered or post-conference attendees for one-time use
• Full conference access for two individuals and copies of conference materials
• Breakfast and lunch on Monday and Tuesday
• Invitations to our hosted receptions

Registration does not include airfare, lodging, parking or transportation fees.
