  • Educational seminars on your EMS Professional, EMS Enterprise, EMS Campus, EMS Workplace, Virtual EMS and EMS Master Calendar systems.
  • Panel discussions allowing you to ask all your EMS questions to staff and other customers.

Special Events

  • EMS Pre-Conference Training Clinic: An interactive one-day training session held the day before the main conference. This session is designed to give new users a jump-start in their understanding of EMS as a foundation for the general conference sessions. This is a separate event with very limited availability – it is not included as part of the EMS Users Conference and requires an additional registration fee.
  • EMS Conference Receptions: Hosted by Dean Evans & Associates, this is a great chance to get to know staff and other customers in relaxed and casual atmospheres. Conference attendees consistently praise these fun events.
  • Networking Opportunities: Discuss scheduling issues, product enhancement suggestions, etc. with fellow EMS users in market-specific roundtables, educational session Q&A segments, customer presentations and conference social events.
  • EMS Resource Lab: Meet one-on-one with EMS Client Services staff to get answers to all your specific EMS questions.
  • EMS Partner Exhibit Hall: Learn about third-party products that can complement your EMS system and get information on more ways to simplify your scheduling.
